A few practical details about ordering, delivery and the care of each piece.

 

Shipping

Each piece is carefully prepared and securely packaged before leaving the studio.

Shipping within Europe is included. For destinations outside Europe, shipping is calculated individually according to destination. Please get in touch for a shipping quote.

 

All pieces are shipped with tracking and insurance.

Prices include Danish VAT where applicable. International customers may be responsible for local taxes, import duties or customs fees.

 

Made to order

Many of the pieces are made to order or produced in small editions. This means that there may be a little time between placing an order and receiving your piece.

 

I will confirm the expected production and delivery time when you enquire.

 

Returns

For standard pieces purchased online, you have the statutory right of withdrawal. In Denmark and the EU, this is generally 14 days from receiving the item. 

 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or another arrangement has been agreed. 

 

Made-to-order or clearly personalized pieces may be exempt from the right of withdrawal. 

 

If something arrives damaged

Please contact me as soon as possible and send photographs of the packaging and the piece. I will work with you to resolve the issue.
