​Shipping

Each order is carefully prepared, securely packaged, and shipped with selected carriers including tracking and insurance.

Shipping within Europe is included.  

For destinations outside Europe, shipping is calculated individually based on location. Please contact me for a shipping quote.

Prices include Danish VAT where applicable. International customers may be responsible for local taxes, import duties or customs fees.

 

Damaged shipments

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item has been damaged during shipping, please contact me as soon as possible and include photographs of both the packaging and the item so that I can help resolve the issue.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

To arrange a return, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

 

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or an error was made on my part. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

 

Returns cannot be accepted for:

• Custom-made items

• Items that have been used
